There never seems to be enough hours in the day, especially daylight for pictures. I really wanted to share this open back blouse on the blog as well as some photos with Ben in front of our tree so we decided to try some high flash photography.
I think they turned out pretty good considering, plus it’s trending on Insta so I thought it would be a good time to try it out, hehe. So, what do you think of the open back blouse this season? I think it’s that perfect balance between not too formal and not too casual, especially for the holiday season. Again – like I always love to point out – there are so many styling options when it comes to a piece like this. I personally can’t wait to wear my open back blouse with wide leg dress pants next!
One more week until both Ben and I’s Christmas break! It’s been a crazy December at the hair shop so I am looking forward to some down time as well as quality time with family. We are celebrating early with Ben’s family at the farm and then flying to AB to spend Christmas with my fam jam. Every year I ask Ben to take me home over the Christmas break and it’s the best gift he could ever give me.
Some of the things I am looking most forward to is the annual Hallmark Christmas movie marathon at the Karcha’s and my mother in law’s apple cidar (BEST CIDAR around). Not to mention the farm at Christmas is magical, follow along on my stories and you will see for yourself. My in-law’s house looks like it could be IN a Hallmark movie. Seriously!
On my side I am excited to wake up at my parent’s ON Christmas Day! Generally we spend Christmas with the Karcha’s and New Year’s with mine but this year worked out a little different. Now, I am just praying there will be no flight delays, hehe, since our flight is on Christmas Eve. If you feel like sending a prayer up for us as well that would be awesome! I also cannot wait to hold my baby niece, Norra. My sister say’s she is in such a fun stage but honestly I love allll the baby stages! It’s really sad when my nieces or nephews start walking because I just cherish them little so much. I know how fast the time goes by because my two oldest nephews are young men already. Blink of an eye!

Thanks again for following along on my little blog and supporting me the way that you do. It’s because of you that I have been able to push forward and move closer and closer to my dreams!
