I managed to persuade my mom and sister to take pictures in front of the tree in my FAVORITE at home clothes. The beloved sweater dress and over the knee socks. I wanted to share a few tips when ordering, as it was a bit of a challenge myself to track down the right items. P.S. I am also wearing my favorite slippers that I ordered online from Target. They are the warmest, coziest and amazing quality.
ORDER one to two sizes UP in the sweater dress. Both Alanna and I are wearing one size up from our regular size for a more relaxed fit (and extra length). I should mention that my mom is not as she is only 5 ft and didn’t need the extra length. But in my experience, ordering a size up will not hurt as it will provide extra coverage.
Order OTK (over the knee) socks from Amazon. I don’t know about you but I can never find over the knee socks in store. So I went on the hunt online and I had the best results from Amazon. The key to successful ordering is making sure the reviews are 4 to 5 stars. Both mom and Alanna’s pairs were ordered through Amazon and you can order their exact pairs HERE. xoxo
